I help businesses fix issues, execute projects, and deliver change that actually sticks.

I've spent my career working in complex operational environments, from WMS implementations, business acquisitions, site openings & closures to large scale enterprise transformation projects. These are often situations where things don't go to plan and where practical problem solving matters most.

I started my career as a Warehouse Operative, progressing through to senior management roles across Operations & Change Management. I approach every project with a desire to understand what it looks like on the ground, not on a powerpoint.

As a Prince2 Practitioner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I can adapt to your existing frameworks, or build one for you.
